TOEFL speaking practice with a teacher

TOEFL preparation here is live practice for the speaking tasks: a clear opinion, a complete reason, and enough language to finish before the clock does.

What you practice

You practice timed answers out loud. The teacher stops you when the answer has a topic and no support, or when the support is there and the last sentence never arrives.

Campus conversations and academic points get the same rule: say what you decided, say why, and stop. Extra words that do not add a reason do not help the score.

What this is, and what it is not

English-Everyday does not administer the TOEFL and does not guarantee a score. The exam belongs to its publisher. A class is speaking practice aimed at the kinds of answers that test asks for.

Reading and listening still need their own study. Use the live hour for the part you cannot drill silently.
